We ensure associates understand and optimize their employer-provided benefits along the journey and help them stay on top of the need to dos of their journey – apply for leave, enroll their child in benefits, develop a childcare plan, and so much more. Each associate is matched with a dedicated Care Navigator. That Care Navigator will be there throughout the associate’s journey to parenthood, providing benefit education and in-the-moment emotional support. In addition to our Navigators, associates can engage in a customized app that hosts their employer’s benefit information. Our goal is to reduce stress and improve the well-being of every individual on their journey to parenthood.
